There’s nothing like the golden glow of a mountain village at dusk, snow crunching underfoot and a clock tower keeping watch over it all. This 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle from Villager Puzzles captures that classic ski resort feeling, designed by Vancouver Island-based artist Capri Sadler.

Description

A crescent moon hangs over a snow-capped clock tower as the sky shifts from deep blue to peachy gold, lighting up a cozy alpine village below. Skiers and snowboarders carve down the slopes while a family builds a snowman in the town square, string lights and a decorated tree adding warmth to the wintery scene. Capri Sadler layers soft blues, warm oranges, and buttery yellows across the composition, giving the whole village a glowing, golden-hour feel that pulls you straight into the mountain air. It’s an atmospheric, slow-paced build that rewards puzzlers who love a moody winter palette.

About the Artist

Capri Sadler is a Vancouver Island based illustrator who discovered digital art four years ago while van-traveling through Australia. A lifelong painter without a home studio, she picked up an iPad to start drawing travel posters to sell at local markets, and that creative pivot has since grown into a full-time career back home on Vancouver Island. Her love of travel and place comes through clearly in scenes like this one, where atmosphere does as much storytelling as the details themselves. IG: @caprizle
